Hi, I’m Esther — the baker behind E. Lee’s Sweets.
I’ve been baking sweet treats since I was a little girl, always sharing them with friends and family. I still remember bringing cupcakes to school just to see my classmates’ faces light up. That simple joy — watching a homemade treat brighten someone’s day — is what started it all.
In my 20s, I received my Baking Certificate from San Diego College of Continuing Education and worked at a bakery, while continuing to bake for loved ones. During that time, I refined my skills and discovered my love for creating desserts that feel both comforting and beautiful. What began as a side passion slowly grew into something more — and today, E. Lee’s Sweets is where I get to share that joy through intentional, small-batch baking.
I specialize in thoughtfully designed, small-batch cakes and treats, baked from scratch with intention. My style is simple and soft — focusing on clean finishes, gentle details, and flavors that feel familiar yet special.
Every order is baked fresh with close attention to detail and carefully selected ingredients, including organic flour and milk. I bake from scratch without cake or pudding mixes, and my goal is to create desserts that are as thoughtful as the moments they help celebrate.
